The paths :
Navigation times are indicative. In spring the speed on the river is around 6 to 8 km/h while in summer it is more like 4 to 5 km/h, durations to which you will add your different stops. Take the time, observe, discover, escape! All departures are from our base in Ornolac Ussat les Bains from 10 a.m. The only requirement is to arrive before 6 p.m. for the last shuttle .

The historical journey of ARIEGE EVASION. On the program since 1991! A route that starts on a small lake, then the descent begins. You have to navigate your canoe or kayak through small rapids . Crossing from Tarascon to Ariege then Bompas where Lake Garrabet begins. Mercus is 3 km further. Who says tranquility of a lake also says effort to paddle! But the beauty of the site and the view of the valley reward the effort. Return every half hour from Mercus beach.

Even really good! At the reception of our rental base in Ornolac, you complete the rental contract, the team offers you waterproof containers for your picnics and belongings. In addition to a river map (our famous water book), our team provides you with information for your journey. You go down freely, no one accompanies you.
Make the ax of your descent on the Ariège
When you arrive, every half hour our shuttles take you back to your starting point, our Ariège Évasion in Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains. The last shuttle is at 6 p.m., you can take advantage!
