We offer 6 autonomy courses from 3 to 15 km adapted to all levels and all desires from 7 years old . After a briefing of ten minutes explaining in a good mood the basics of canoeing in canoe kayak and the secrets of the course you have chosen. You can take advantage of our descents at the rate and in the timing that suits you best, the only imperative is arriving before 6 p.m. at the end of your journey.
