Pre-serve your furnished tent

This form allows you to pre-book accommodation  in a furnished tent  for 2 or 4 people, or in a ready-to-camp igloo tent for 1 to 6 people.

Subject to availability, upon receipt of your request, you will receive a contract at the email address indicated.

At Ariège Evasion the file fees are offered.

Accommodation and number of people:

Igloo tent ready to camp 2 people

Igloo tent ready to camp 4 bedrooms up to 6 people

furnished Bengali tent for 4 people

Animals (€ 2 per night) must be held on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. The tattoo number (or chip number) and the vaccination book are to be presented on the day of your recording.

No booking fees!

Procedure

1. Reservation request sent by e-mail
2. Positive response from us by email.
   NB: In case of dates not compatible with our availability, an information email will be sent to you accordingly.
3. Payment of the deposit 30 € per night or 100 € per week
4.  A receipt of your deposit is transmitted to you; Your location is reserved.
5. The balance of the stay is payable when you arrive.
6. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax. For rentals, a deposit of € 200 will be requested when you arrive (returned to your departure, after inventory and inventory).

Special case:

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, then payment of 100% of the amount of the stay/rental. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax.

Delays/cancellation:

A delayed arrival or an early departure cannot lead to any refund. Any cancellation must be made by registered mail.

If cancellation more than thirty days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned.

If cancellation less than thirty days before the start of the stay, all payments will be retained.

Ariege Evasion is empowered by the ANCV to receive holiday vouchers.
