Pre-serve a chalet

This form allows you to pre-book accommodation in a chalet, , furnished tent or Coco Sweet  (2 or 4 people), subject to availability.
Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a contract at the address provided.

No case fees.

Accommodation and number of people

Animals must be held on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. The tattoo number (or chip number) and the vaccination book are to be presented on the day of your recording.

Procedure

1. Reservation request sent by e-mail
2. Positive response from us by email.
   NB: In case of dates not compatible with our availability, an information email will be sent to you accordingly.
3. Payment of 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay
4. For camping: you will receive a receipt for your deposit; your pitch is reserved.
   For rentals: you will receive a receipt for your deposit and an inventory; your rental is reserved.
5. Previous 30 days your arrival, payment of the balance of the stay (70 % of the amount of the stay)
6. A receipt of the balance of your payment is sent to you.
7. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax. For rentals, a deposit of € 200 will be requested when you arrive (returned to your departure, after inventory and inventory).

Special case:

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, then payment of 100% of the amount of the stay/rental. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax.

Delays/cancellation:

A delayed arrival or an early departure cannot lead to any refund. Any cancellation must be made by registered mail.

If cancellation more than thirty days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned.

If cancellation less than thirty days before the start of the stay, all payments will be retained.

Ariege Evasion is empowered by the ANCV to receive holiday vouchers.
