Pre-serve a chalet

This form allows you to pre-serve a chalet accommodation, furnished tent or coconut Sweet 2 or4 people, subject to availability.
Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a contract at the address indicated.

No case fees.

Accommodation and number of people

Animals must be held on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. The tattoo number (or chip number) and the vaccination book are to be presented on the day of your recording.

Procedure

1. Reservation request sent by e-mail
2. Positive response from us by e-mail
   NB: In case of dates not compatible with our availability, an information email will be sent to you in this direction.
3. Payment of 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay
4. For the campsite: a receipt of your deposit is transmitted to you; Your location is reserved.
   For rentals: a receipt of your deposit and an inventory will be transmitted to you; Your rental is reserved.
5. Previous 30 days your arrival, payment of the balance of the stay (70 % of the amount of the stay)
6. A receipt of the balance of your payment is sent to you.
7. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax. For rentals, a deposit of € 200 will be requested when you arrive (returned to your departure, after inventory and inventory).

Special case:

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, then payment of 100% of the amount of the stay/rental. Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax.

Delays/cancellation:

A delayed arrival or an early departure cannot lead to any refund. Any cancellation must be made by registered mail.

If cancellation more than thirty days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned.

If cancellation less than thirty days before the start of the stay, all payments will be retained.
