
From the ARIEGE EVASION campsite , take the Fontanet path to the end, then turn right towards the center of the village of Ornolac to reach Barry d'en Haut.
Go around the church and the cemetery on the right and follow the Chemin du Col d'Ussat.
Turn left past a private property (the Aïga valley) and continue along the yellow-marked path. A steep climb awaits you. Allow an hour to reach the Clot de la Carbonnière.
A 360° view awaits you. A panoramic view of the limestone peaks of the Col de Port and Tarascon valleys. A path descending due north awaits you. It descends in a few minutes to the Col d'Ornolac. At the pass, turn right onto a more marked path. Do not cross the switchbacks. You will cross a pretty valley where a (private) chalet is nestled.
Go back down to the campsite via the village. (Pavement and/or yellow marked path)
