Il faut diriger son canoë ou son kayak dans de petits rapides. Traversée de Tarascon sur Ariege puis Bompas où commence le lac de Garrabet. Mercus se trouve 3 km plus loin. Qui dit quiétude d’un lac dit aussi effort pour pagayer ! Mais la beauté du site et la vue sur la vallée récompensent l’effort. Retour toute les demi-heures depuis la plage de Mercus.

Will you be swept away by the excitement? Surprise! No acclimatization period, you just hop in and off you go. Canoeing experience is recommended. It's still level II on a scale of V. Adventure awaits!
