Terms :

- knowing how to swim, and knowing how to immerse yourself IMPERATIVE! Capsizing is possible! You will get wet! (Prerequisites: Swim 25m and know how to submerge).
- wear closed tennis-type shoes.
- Covid episode requires, bring masks for the bus shuttles.

We do not recommend taking valuable items with you (camcorder, camera, etc.). The tightness of containers cannot be completely guaranteed.

You will cross protected sites, respect the fauna and flora (fires prohibited):
- Do not approach nesting areas.
- Bring your trash back to arrival where it will be taken care of.
- Respect local residents and other users of the site (fishermen, hikers, swimmers, etc.).
