Pre-book a chalet

This form allows you to pre-book accommodation in a chalet, furnished tent or Coco sweet 2 or 4 people, subject to availability.
Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a contract at the address indicated.

No administration fees.

Accommodation and number of people

Animals must be kept on a leash and up to date with their vaccinations. The tattoo number (or chip number) and vaccination record must be presented on the day of check-in.

Procedure

1. Reservation request sent by email
2. Positive response from us by e-mail
   NB: In the event of dates not compatible with our availability, an information e-mail will be sent to you to this effect.
3. Payment of 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay
4. For camping: a receipt for your deposit will be sent to you;
   your location is reserved. For rentals: a receipt for your deposit and an inventory will be sent to you; your rental is reserved.
5. 30 days preceding your arrival, payment of the balance of the stay (70% of the amount of the stay)
6. A receipt for the balance of your payment will be sent to you.
7. On arrival, payment of the tourist ax . For rentals, a deposit of €200 will be requested upon your arrival (returned upon your departure, after inventory and inventory).

Particular case :

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, then payment of 100% of the amount of the stay/rental. On arrival, payment of the tourist ax .

Delays/Cancellation:

A delayed arrival or early departure cannot result in any refund. Any cancellation must be made by registered mail.

If canceled more than thirty days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned.

If cancellation less than thirty days before the start of the stay, all payments will be withheld.

ARIEGE EVASION is authorized by the ANCV to receive Holiday Vouchers.
